Hi, I'm Max. Based in San Francisco, originally from Istanbul. Growing up in a historic city where Asia and Europe meet shaped my eye for design and my attention to detail early on.

My background is in architecture, design, and project management. It taught me a step-by-step, people-centered way of solving problems.

Today I still practice, consulting on architecture and design projects for clients in San Francisco, Istanbul, and beyond.

On the side, for the past two years, I've been building Captchr, a mobile app I founded to solve a problem I kept noticing. At every important event, people reach for their phones and capture the moment, but the subjects of those photos and videos almost never get a copy. Captchr closes that gap, delivering the shot to its subject with no exchange needed.
